Local Contract ER RN - $40-47 per hour

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Leonardtown, Maryland. The position is a 13‑week local contract requiring 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts (days and evenings). Responsibilities

• Work in assigned zones (red, blue, or green) and communicate with zone mates to support patient flow.
• Help cover and relieve each other for lunches.
• Assist teammates when a patient requires 1:1 care (e.g., TPA, ventilation) by taking on other patients as able.
• Maintain communication about who is up for the next patient.
• Manage an average of 4‑5 active patients at a time, adjusting for patient volume and discharge timing.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Specialty experience in the Emergency Department (ED).
