Local Contract EP Tech - $54 per hour

About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week duration in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests such as electrocardiograms (ECGs) and electrophysiology studies (EPS)
• Insert specialized catheters into the heart to measure electrical activity
• Assist physicians during procedures to correct arrhythmias, such as cardiac ablation
• Maintain patient safety by monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Operate medical equipment during procedures

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Experience in cardiac catheterization laboratories or electrophysiology labs
• Knowledge of specialized catheters and their proper use
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours, days.
