Job Specific Information

• Nurses (staff and travelers) have been taking, on average, 4-5 “active” patients at a time due to patient volume.
• The “four patient max clause” refers to a situation where a nurse is expected to manage up to four patients at a time.
• If a nurse takes more than four patients, it is noted that this is not a frequent situation but an example of how the zone mates are to work together.
• Nurses in the zones are expected to communicate and support each other, such as covering for each other during lunch breaks.
