Local Contract Emergency Room Registered Nurse - $32-37 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract RN for the Emergency Department in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The position is a 13‑week contract, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts. The ED has 24 beds plus a 5‑bed fast track, staffing varies with patient volume (day shift: 1 charge nurse and 4‑9 nurses; night shift: 1 charge nurse and 9‑4 nurses), utilizes techs and paramedics, maintains a 4:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio, and uses Meditech EMR. Shift start times are variable: days 7 am, 9 am, 11 am; evenings 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm; nights 7 pm.

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
