About the role
We are seeking a local contract nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. This position offers 36 hours per week, with shifts of 12 hours, working evenings.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients as needed
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Document patient care and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in emergency department setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current CPR certification
