Local Contract Emergency Department Registered Nurse - $50-58 per hour

About the role

We are seeking a local contract nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Newport, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
