Local Contract Electrophysiology Technician - $54-57 per hour

About the role

American Medical Staffing is seeking a local contract Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026. The position is located in Stuart, Florida, at a Short Term Acute Care, Teaching setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrophysiology procedures with expertise in EP lab protocols
• Utilize key skills in Cath, IR, and EP technologies effectively
• Maintain industry-standard documentation and contribute to patient safety initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years EP lab experience required; Cath, IR, and EP experience preferred
• RCVT certification preferred
• ACLS and BLS via AHA or Red Cross required
• RCIS preferred in addition to required certs
• Valid State license (pending acceptance)
• Willingness to work on-call and float within scope across all three hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition)

Nicotine-free, negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
