About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN CVOR for a local contract nursing job in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring Cardiovascular and Vascular Surgery services.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- CVOR certification preferred but not required.
- Experience in CVOR or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of an approved CVOR course or equivalent training.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in CVOR or related fields.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using hospital information systems.

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
