Local Contract CT Technologist - $64-68 per hour

About the role

The successful candidate will be a CT Technologist located in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and procedure details.
• Adhere to radiation dose management protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CT Technologist.
• Experience with computed tomography equipment.
• Knowledge of radiation protection and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Pass relevant state licensing exams.
