Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in an acute care setting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with specific experience in CT scan components
• Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school meeting ARRT registry requirements
• Required certifications/licensure:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in computed tomography; OR
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) in computed tomography; OR
  • ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification AND documented training on computed tomography
  • State license if required
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • CT registry within 6 months of hire
• Other credentialing items (e.g., skills checklist, health-related documents) as specified by the recruiter
