Local Contract CT Technologist - $50-55 per hour

About the Role

Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a weekend night travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong CT experience in a fast-paced hospital setting and be comfortable working independently while providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and department protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Administer contrast media as required
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system
• Follow all hospital, state, and regulatory guidelines
• Float within skill set to other departments or nearby facilities (within 40 miles) as needed

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) Certification
• Wisconsin Radiographer License (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 3 years of CT experience
• Previous travel assignment experience
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners
• Experience working in a hospital setting

Preferred Qualifications

• EPIC EMR experience
• Strong trauma and emergency imaging experience

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekend position
• On-call requirements based on department needs
• Holiday coverage required if holiday falls on scheduled weekend
