Local Contract Clinical Pharmacist - $88-91 per hour

Talent4Health is seeking a local contract Clinical Pharmacist for a local contract job in New York, New York.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Review medication orders and provide therapeutic recommendations to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Participate in educational activities to enhance patient care and professional development.

Requirements

• Current license to practice pharmacy in New York State.
• At least 3 years of recent relevant experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
• PharmD degree required.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
