Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $80 per hour

About the role

Cath Lab Technologist position available for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a cardiologist.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school meeting ARRT registry requirements.
• Basic EKG course completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in acute care hospitals.
• At least 1 year current experience in providing cardiac cath and radiology care.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in computed tomography, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (ARRT).
• State license if required.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
