Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $76-77 per hour

Local contract position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for a Cath Lab Technologist.

About the role

Temple University Hospital Cardiac Cath/EP Lab is a 6-room unit with 9 holding bays. TUH is a level-1 Trauma Center in North Philadelphia, PA. The unit handles 10–25 cases per day, ranging from diagnostic procedures to complicated PCI and Structural Heart interventions.

• 4 × 10-hour shifts weekly (08:00 – 18:30) plus on-call assignment
• On-call requirements: 1–2 nights per week and every 4–5 weekends, dependent on staffing and department needs
• Float requirements: may be required to report to affiliated campuses within the health system on short notice; mileage between campuses is billable
• Holiday requirements: on-call
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: Holding Area 1:3, Intraprocedure 1:1

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Previous travel experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• RCIS recommended

Schedule

• Duration: 12 weeks
• 39 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days (08:00 – 18:30)
• Meal duration: 30 minutes
