About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Burlingame, California.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and preparing equipment.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Document procedures and patient information accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in California.
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Cath Lab setting.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating cath lab equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Good interpersonal skills for working with patients and medical staff.

Pay
