Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $64-68 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Document patient care activities and procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in Kentucky.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in Cath Lab Technology.
• Basic computer skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
