Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $57-61 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical equipment and technology.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
