Local Contract Cath Lab Technician - $58 per hour

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Maintain a sterile environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current certification as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
