Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $50-54 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Benton, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including pre-procedure education and setup of equipment.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in Arkansas.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of interventional radiology techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating cath lab equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
