About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week position in Charleston, South Carolina. The shift is 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment and perform technical procedures under supervision
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in South Carolina
• Experience in a catheterization laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Basic computer skills

Skills

• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
