About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position in Orlando, Florida. Shifts are 10 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization laboratories
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized training program in cardiac catheterization technology
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Skills
- Proficiency with medical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively
