Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $38-45 per hour
About the role
We are seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract position in Margate, Florida. This role is expected to last for 13 weeks with a 36-hour workweek, consisting of 10-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Operate equipment used in catheterization labs
- Document patient data accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Requirements
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized training program in cardiology technology
- Current CPR certification
