Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $36-42 per hour

About the role

Southern AZ Cath Lab is looking for an experienced Cath Lab Tech traveler to work a 13 week contract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization laboratories
• Monitor patient conditions during procedures and report any changes to physicians
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort

Requirements

• Current Arizona license as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Experience in cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Passing score on the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) exam

Skills

• Proficient in operating cardiac catheterization equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
