Local Contract Audiologist - $80-90 per hour

About the role

MultiCare Yakima is seeking a full-time Audiologist for a clinic-based role in an outpatient ENT setting. Schedule modifications can be discussed with interested candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations, including pure-tone air/bone conduction, speech, and impedance audiometry
• Evaluate patients ranging from newborns to seniors
• Interpret results and discuss findings with patients and physicians
• Recommend appropriate medical follow-up, hearing aids, hearing protection, etc.
• Conduct hearing-aid evaluations, fittings, and patient education
• Provide routine hearing-aid maintenance and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Active Washington State Audiology License preferred
• Master's or Doctorate in Audiology with clinical practicum experience
• Master's degree holders require Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-A)
• AuD from a board-approved institution meets professional experience requirements
• Current BLS Certification required

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. No call required.
