Local Class B Route Driver

About the role

Operate light and heavy-duty trucks to deliver and pick up oil, washer fluid, and antifreeze from customer sites. Transport hazardous and nonhazardous waste in compliance with DOT and hazardous waste regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Transport hazardous and nonhazardous waste according to DOT and hazardous waste regulations.
• Maintain logs, worksheets, and reports.
• Sample oil and track inventory.
• Ensure proper loading, segregation, and unloading of materials.
• Adhere to pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Maintain, clean, and operate company equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Hazmat & Tanker Endorsement required or able to obtain.
• One or more years of HAZMAT transportation experience a plus.
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical.
