Join the Jusczak Trucking Team as a Local Flatbed Driver in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jusczak Trucking is growing and seeks experienced drivers who want to be part of a company with a long history of success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading service with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and driver support.
• Operate different equipment types such as flatbed, step deck, RGN, van, Conestoga, or over-dimensional freight.
• Lift, load, and secure freight, as well as perform other physically demanding tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
• Use proprietary dispatching software for all company communications.
• Work flexible hours and be reliable and punctual.
• Maintain logs and documentation according to regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a Class A endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical exam and maintain a valid DOT medical card.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug testing in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Experience with hauling flatbed, step deck, RGN, van, Conestoga, or over-dimensional freight is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Moderate technology skills.
• Physical stamina to lift, load, and secure freight.
• Safety-conscious and committed to following safety standards and regulations.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of Class A driving experience (or equivalent training) preferred.

Pay

$25-$33 per hour depending on experience.
