Local Class A CDL Driver position based in Wahoo, NE. Day shift with a 5 AM start time.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, some Saturdays
- Start time: 5 AM
- 10–12 hour days
- Home daily
Pay
- $29.24 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Paid weekly
Responsibilities
- Operate a truck to collect fabrication material from various locations
- Handle outside elements, including summer heat and winter cold
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers
- Perform physical tasks: walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch
- Occasionally push or pull up to 75 lbs
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of driving experience
- Tanker endorsement required at start
- Ability to handle touch freight
- Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers
