Local Class A Driver - Day- $29.24+OT with Tanker

Local Class A CDL Driver position based in Wahoo, NE with a 5 AM start time.

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, some Saturdays
• Start time: 5 AM
• 10-12 hour days
• Home daily

Pay

• $29.24 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Operate a truck to collect fabrication material from various locations
• Handle outside elements, including summer heat and winter cold
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers
• Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching
• Occasionally push and pull up to 75 lbs

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of driving experience
• Tanker endorsement required at start
• Ability to handle touch freight
• Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers
