Local CDL Driver

About the role

C&H Industrial Services is seeking local CDL drivers or local truck drivers for a dynamic position involving the operation of industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and other heavy-duty industrial cleaning machines. This role requires a safety-focused individual with mechanical skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Drive & Operate Equipment
• Transport, set up, and operate industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting machines, and heavy-duty equipment for industrial cleaning projects.
• Perform daily inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs to keep equipment job-ready.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure safe and efficient job completion.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart
• Follow all health and safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and hazardous materials.
• Travel to local and regional job sites and be available for on-call 24/7 operations when needed.
• Stay Active
• Lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in demanding environments including tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and elevated areas.
• Prevent Cross-Contamination
• Clean and decontaminate equipment after each job to meet company and safety standards.

Requirements

• 21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
• Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work daily.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable with travel, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and pass medical/drug screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL license.
• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.
