Pay & Bonuses

• Average weekly pay of $1,600 – $2,100
• Pay includes base rate + miles + stop + pieces + trailer pay
• Up to $400 monthly and $100 quarterly performance bonuses
• Top performers earn over $100k annually
• $8,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 performance bonus

Schedule

• Drivers home daily
• Local and regional routes
• 5-day work week, Saturdays required for new hires
• Early morning start times (typically 1:00 am – 4:00 am)
• 9 – 12 hour days
• 60-hour DOT hour clock

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic transmission Freightliners
• Delivery to convenience stores on assigned routes
• Unload 700 – 900 cases per day using handcart & ramp
• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Follow all DOT/FMCSA safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL License with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• 1 to 2 years of CDL driving experience, preferred
• Food service delivery experience, preferred
• Ability to handle a physical, fast-paced role
• Strong work ethic
• Safety-first mindset
