About the Position
We are currently seeking a CDL B Driver for our client in Wilmington, Massachusetts. This position offers a pay rate of $28.35 per hour and is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The driver will be responsible for delivering HVAC equipment within a 100-mile radius.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $28.35 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 5:30 AM
- Hours per Day: 9–10 hours
Job Details
- Route Type: Local
- Freight: HVAC equipment
- Equipment: Straight truck, automatic trucks
- Handling: Use of pallet jack or dolly; some liftgate usage
- Trucks are preloaded
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HVAC equipment to designated locations
- Operate a straight truck safely and efficiently
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies for loading and unloading
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL B
- 9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
