Local CDL-A Truck Drivers $1500-$1800 per week

Wooster Motor Ways is hiring a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. We offer steady miles, a team that looks out for you, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.

Pay

• New drivers earning $1,500–$1,800 per week
• $1,350 weekly minimum
• Additional pay for all driver types: detention, breakdown

Schedule

• Drivers that live in Plymouth/Wabash area are home frequently
• Daily local and regional runs

Equipment

Our International LT trucks come fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) for your comfort on the road.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.
• Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation.
• Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct.
• Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fluids, minor repairs); keep trailer clean and ready.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of experience — required
• HazMat endorsement preferred, not required
• High School Diploma or GED
• TWIC card is preferred, not required
• Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
