Wooster Motor Ways is hiring a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. We offer steady miles, a team that looks out for you, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.
Pay
- New drivers earning $1500–$1800 per week
- $1350 weekly minimum
- Additional pay for all driver types: detention, breakdown
Schedule
- Drivers that live in Plymouth/Wabash area are home frequently
- Daily local and regional runs

Equipment
Our International LT trucks come fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) for your comfort on the road.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly
- Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight
- Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation
- Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct
- Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fluids, minor repairs); keep trailer clean and ready
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with 1 year of experience — required
- HazMat endorsement preferred, not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- TWIC card is preferred, not required
- Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
