Job Requirements
Perform product deliveries along assigned routes, inspect vehicle equipment and supplies, assemble orders, manage multiple assignments, follow transportation policies, manage customer invoices, report issues, maintain records, and complete administrative tasks.
Job Qualifications
- Must know and adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- At least 1 year of route driving experience required
- DOT certification required
- Valid State Class A CDL license required in state of residence
- Ability to understand and enforce regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn new applications/proprietary software
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting of 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills with multiple levels of organization
- Self-motivated; customer-focused

Driver Safety
Driver safety is important to Ben E. Keith. We use dash cameras which leverage artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events and improve driver safety performance. The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.
