Local CDL A Route Driver - $1200 - $1800/Week Avg

Local route position in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Temp-to-hire assignment with automatic transmission.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $0.78 per mile + $30 per stop + detention pay
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Start Time: 11 AM – 2 PM
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,600

Responsibilities

• Hauling to pharmacy stores in RI, MA, CT, ME, and NH
• Using 28’, 45’, and 48’ trailers with automatic tractors
• Palletized unloads with liftgate trailers and electric pallet jacks
• Working 10 to 13 hours per day

Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Light-touch handling
