Job Requirements
Experience: 0+ (includes CDL students)
Handling: Light Touch
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays, 5AM START TIME , 10-12 hour days
- Pay: $28.07 Per Hour + OT after 40
- Route Type: Local, home daily
- Equipment: Automatic trucks Tanker endorsement required at start
- Handling: Touch Freight
CDL Driver Responsibilities
- Driver is responsible for operation of a truck to collect fabrication material from various locations.
- Must be able to handle outside elements, summer heat and winter cold.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers.
- Required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
- Occasionally push, pull, up to 75 lbs.
