Local CDL A Driver

Job Summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a driver to operate both flatbed and end dump trailers out of their manufacturing plant. This position requires a current CDL A license and a clean MVR. Responsibilities include transporting materials to and from job sites, performing pre-trip inspections, and adhering to safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities

- Transport concrete, mortar, and other materials to and from job sites in a safe manner - Receive and follow directions from dispatchers regarding materials, job sites, and special instructions - Conduct pre-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and report any issues immediately - Operate tractor-trailers and vehicles according to state and federal laws, and comply with all safety regulations

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to operate a gas-powered delivery trailer safely and efficiently - Forklift certification - At least 2 years' experience driving with a CDL A
