Additional Information: Local CDL A Driver - $29 Per Hour
CDL A Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday W/ Weekends OFF, 6am start time, 40-50 hours per week
- Pay: $29 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours
- Route Type: Local Freight / Load Type: Hauling mulch and compost
- Equipment: Open, Dump Style Truck
- Handling: Touch is only needed if there is a build up of mulch/compost in the trailer and it will not slide out of the trailer on its own.
CDL A Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport mulch in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including releasing build-up in trailer as needed
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
