Local CDL A Driver - $28/hr + Benefits

About the Role

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Mount Joy, PA. This is a temp-to-hire position with local routes and no-touch freight.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM start time
• Pay: $28 per hour, overtime after 40 hours
• Route Type: Local (NO NYC) - PA, CT, DE, Long Island, NY; 1-2 runs per day
• Equipment: Automatic trucks
• Handling: No-touch freight

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles on local routes
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

Requirements

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
