Lobby Lounge Bartender - On Call

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts · Del Mar, CA · 1 mo ago
Management$19/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like company description? Actually company description is part of posting; we need to preserve substantive info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include company description? It's part of posting. Should we include it? The sections we can use: maybe "About the role" could include job description summary. But we have "Job Description" section in posting. We can map that to

About the role

maybe. Or we could use "Job Description" as heading? The rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. If posting has content for those sections, we use them. If not, we omit. Let's parse posting: - Company Description About Fairmont Grand Del Mar ... (descriptive). This could go under maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is more about the job, but we could also include company description as part of "About the role" or maybe we could create a separate section? Not in allowed headings list. But we could still include it as a

without heading? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those for sections. Probably we should stick to those headings for sections we have content. For company description, we could put under

About the role

as introductory paragraph. - About The Application Process: This is boilerplate about AssessFirst etc. Might be considered application instructions, which we should remove per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should drop that. - Job Description: includes description of Lobby Lounge Bartender duties. This is substantive. We'll put under

About the role

maybe. - Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • . - Qualifications: includes experience, knowledge, certifications, language, math, computer, etc. Also includes Physical Demands and Grooming sections. Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The posting has "Qualifications" then later "Physical Demands" and "Grooming". We could treat Physical Demands and Grooming as part of Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have headings for Requirements and Qualifications, we could split: Qualifications heading for certifications, experience, education, skills. Requirements heading for physical demands and grooming? But the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Requirements into one section? But we need to follow headings if content exists. We have content for Qualifications (experience, certifications, etc.) and also for Physical Demands and Grooming (which could be considered Requirements). We could make two sections:

    Qualifications

    and

    Requirements

. That seems okay. - Wage Information: hourly rate $19.00. That's Pay. So we need

    Pay

    with

    $19.00 per hour

. - Additional Information: Job Perks & Benefits, What Is In It For You, Health And Retirement Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Visa Requirements. These are benefits. So we can put under

    Benefits

with a list. - Also there is "Schedule"? Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. - Skills? Not explicitly listed; but qualifications include skills. Could be covered under Qualifications. We must not include headings with filler text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info: company description, job description, responsibilities, qualifications (experience, certifications, language, math, computer, problem solving, knowledge of restaurant ops, education), physical demands, grooming, pay, benefits (perks, health retirement, etc.), diversity & inclusion, visa requirements. We need to format as HTML fragment, no or . Use

    headings,
    • for lists,

for prose. We need to be careful to not include application instructions (AssessFirst). Also remove EEO boilerplate lines like "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines." That's EEO, remove. Also "Diversity & Inclusion Fairmont is committed..." that's not EEO but maybe we keep as it's substantive about inclusion. It's not boilerplate? It's a statement; we can keep. Also "Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work the United States." Keep. Now craft sections. We'll start with maybe

      About the role

containing company description and job description. But we might split: Company description could be its own paragraph under About the role. Then job description paragraph. Let's write:
