Lobby Attendant/Security - Overnight M/T/W/F

Detroit’s Colony Club is looking for a Lobby Attendant/Security Guard to provide an excellent tenant experience. All applicants must be able to take direction well, work well with others, have strong customer service skills, and have a professional appearance. All applicants must pass a background check. Previous Lobby Attendant/security Guard Experience Is Preferred. Schedule is firm for Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, from 11pm to 7am, 4 days per week = 32 hours. Stay tenant focused to provide an excellent tenant experienceGreet tenants and vendors in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure to the buildingProvide tenants and vendors with information pertaining to the buildingLight janitorial work required – running floor machines through hallways, removing garbage, etc.Report any suspicious activity to the manager on dutyLog incoming packagesLog any guests and vendors of the buildingMonitor security camerasMaintain a clean and safe lobby environmentWalk the floors of the building, make manager on duty aware of any building issues Skills Positive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to work as part of a teamFriendly demeanor with a passion for customer service Requirements Ability to manage your time efficiently.Work well unsupervised.Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
