Lobby Attendant

About the role

Ross - A Division of Envolve is seeking friendly, self-motivated individuals to join their growing company as a Part Time or Full Time Lobby Attendant.

Responsibilities

• Attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.
• Answer the phone.
• Buzzing in guests and making sure they sign the guest sign-in book.
• Maintain the guest log book.
• Open the door for people going in or out.
• Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc).
• Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable.
• Dispose of trash from common areas.
• Assist residents when needed.
• Report to the Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 18 years old.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Must work well with the public and with others as a team.
• Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Pay

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Part Time: 8-5 PM Saturday and Sunday at Rhonda's Place in Denver, Colorado.
• Full Time: Monday - Friday the overnight shift from 1am - 8am.
