Lobby Attendant 1pm-9pm

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes of trash
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to ensure tasks are prioritized
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat, and free of all rubbish and debris
• Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests; restrooms must be checked once an hour to remain neat and clean
• Removes spots, insects, and debris, polishes fixtures, and cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in a Housekeeping role
