About the role

Drives the establishment and oversight of Line of Business risk strategies and program execution. Serves as the subject matter expert for the risk management program, process owner and/or regulatory relationship liaison.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes the line of business risk management strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
  • Owns process and/or regulatory relationship liason.
  • Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Maintains oversight of the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business.
  • Learns and identifies emerging risks.
  • Leads and engages cross-functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
  • Guides and mentors junior staff.

Requirements

Pay

Base Salary: $133,000.00 – $247,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
