Our marketplace ensures customers receive the best available rates — and our Loan Specialists drive that experience.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-approved auto refinance customers
• Sell optional finance and protection products
• Made 60+ outbound calls daily
• Manage a high-volume pipeline from start to finish
• Hit targets, earn more leads, make more money

Requirements

• Competitive, resilient, and money-motivated
• Have sales, call center, or automotive experience
• Excel in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Qualifications

• Must be within 60 miles of Austin, Texas

Skills

• Highly motivated and competitive
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in sales or call center environment
• Knowledge of auto finance and protection products
