Essential Functions
- Performs all activity related to individual loan funding, including wire requests, monitoring of closing agents, line balancing, collateral traffic, payoffs, and reconciliation process.
- Works with mortgage bankers via phone and e-mail for any information needed in the funding, collateral, or payoff of their loans.
- Handles inquiries from mortgage bankers, as needed.
- Multitasking required within a team environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years’ experience in mortgage loan related environment.
- Experience in one of the following preferred: Mortgage Warehouse Operations, Mortgage Loan Setup, Mortgage Loan Closer, Post-Closing, Funder, Shipper, Collateral, Lock Desk, Wire Desk.
- Excellent computer skills required.
- Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
