About the role
The Loan Servicing Specialist I – Escrow supports the servicing of residential mortgage loans by managing escrow accounts, taxes, insurance, PMI, and mortgage payoff activities. This role works closely with internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant servicing while providing exceptional service to members.
Responsibilities
- Process escrow-related activities, including taxes, insurance, PMI, and annual escrow analysis.
- Maintain CoreLogic and ServiceLink files and reports.
- Process mortgage payoff quotes, escrow waivers, and PMI waivers.
- Respond to member and internal inquiries through Help Scout and phone support.
- Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing regulations and Credit Union policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One to three years of mortgage servicing experience in a bank or credit union is preferred.
- Knowledge of escrow administration, taxes, insurance, and PMI is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, is required.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

Pay
- The base hourly range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50 per hour, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives.
