Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems

Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options Responsibilities

- A High School Diploma or GED
- Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
- Bilingual - Spanish
