Responsibilities
- Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
- Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
- Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
- Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms, and their options.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- On-site role.
Schedule
Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
Pay
Target base salary range is $19.00-$23.00, based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
