Loan Review Analyst

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and perform annual credit reviews on commercial loan relationships, to include review of all pertinent credit & financial information, such as credit bureaus, UCC & title searches, various financial statements, the loan files to include both credit & collateral, and provide credit analysis and assign grading to same.
• Assess the adherence to internal credit and loan administration policies and procedures.
• Cook up appraisal/Environmental orders and complete reviews as assigned and in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide special reviews as requested to assess the state of certain loan portfolio segments.
• Input financial statement spreads using Flash Spread.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or Education: Bachelor’s Degree, minimum three (3) years of review experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer knowledge: Windows, Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Banking.
• Technical Skills: Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others.
• Business Acumen: Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals.
